street beggars
One of the causes of street
beggars Indonesian government is not always ready for a large flow of rural
communities , both in policy and provision of facilities . Law
explains that the city council to give money to beggars just to make people
want to rely on people who give at public places . Government
unpreparedness and lack of expertise led to migrants from the countryside
begging when they work . The
existence of beggars syndicate , which is a simple beggar stooge used by
controllers more intelligent and greedy . What's
more , because Jakarta is a magnet for the rural poor , they think that making
money is easy in Jakarta , but if you do not have the expertise will lead to
the proliferation of beggars and vagrants who cause social problems . The
vagrants and beggars Kelihan makes the city very dirty , full . they
also smell very unpleasant and make people pity and compassion of the beholder
. This
is a very important issue and as homework for the Indonesian government .
Problems vagrants and beggars not simply a matter of capital , labor skills and business opportunities , but also a mentality problem themselves . Evident from the failure level of service provided by the government , where those who have earned a nursing service or the service of transmigration , but again homeless in the city . They argued that the homeless they can earn money without having to work hard . Interestingly , they actually utilize the service parlors and resettlement services as a ' distraction ' live ' where they can eat and drink for free ride at home and moved from one home to another home when bored , and that the program was organized by the group itself well bums . For those who transmigrate they also back after selling land and homes to neighbors and to the local population .
